Last updated: September 6, 2026
This Intellectual Property Policy explains how FOP Sadkovskyi Vadym Anatoliiovych (the "Company") handles claims of intellectual-property infringement on the Intelligence Art platform at https://intelligenceart.ai/ (the "Platform").
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect the same from our users. Uploading or generating content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited by the Terms of Use and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Language. In the event of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version shall prevail.
1. How to report an infringement
If you are a rights holder (or their authorised representative) and believe that content available on the Platform infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights, send a notice to support@intelligenceart.ai with the subject "IP Complaint", including:
- identification of the protected work (with evidence of your rights — registration, publication link or other proof of authorship/ownership);
- the exact location of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform (URL or other precise description);
- your contact details (name, email, address);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, their representative or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
2. What we do
2.1. On receiving a complete notice, the Company reviews it and, where justified, removes or disables access to the material without undue delay, and notifies the user who placed it.
2.2. Incomplete notices may be returned for completion; the review period runs from receipt of a complete notice.
3. Counter-notice
A user whose content was removed may submit a substantiated objection to the same address, with evidence of their rights to the material. The Company reviews the objection and may restore the material where the objection is justified and the law permits.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights are terminated.
5. Trademarks
"Intelligence Art", the Platform's logos and marks are designations of the Company. Their use without the Company's prior written consent is prohibited.
